WILMINGTON — With seven runners earning all-conference honors, Heidelberg University won the 2009 Ohio Athletic Conference Cross Country Championship, hosted by Wilmington College Saturday afternoon.

Austin Stiles turned in his second straight all-conference performance to help the Wilmington College men place seventh at the Ohio Athletic Conference Cross Country Championship, contested on the WC campus Saturday afternoon.

Senior Austin Stiles finished fifth overall to pace Wilmington College to an eighth-place team finish at the 2009 Wilmington College Fall Classic on the WC cross country course Friday afternoon.

A record field will descend on the Wilmington College campus for the running of the 2009 WC Fall Classic. The women’s race will start at 4:30 p.m. Friday and be followed by the men’s race at 5:15.

DELAWARE — Wilmington College senior Austin Stiles finished fifth to lead Wilmington College to a 10th-place team finish at the Division III All-Ohio Cross Country Championship at Methodist Theological School and Delaware Golf Club Friday afternoon.
