Ron Mullikin was named head coach in April 2010. He joined the Wilmington College volleyball coaching staff as an assistant in 2008.
Mullikin started playing volleyball while on active duty for the Air Force in 1982. He started coaching at Greeneview High School in 1986.
Mullikin has served as head coach at Xenia High School, Middletown High School and, most recently, at Clark State Community College. He is currently the director of coaching for the Greene County Volleyball Club.
Mullikin and his wife Cheryl have three sons and two daughters.

Jill West was named lead assistant coach with the Wilmington College volleyball team in April 2010.
West was a four-year member of the WC squad and brings game and player knowledge to the coaching staff.
"Jill is a big asset for our program," WC head coach Ron Mullikin said. "She understands the game and she understands the people. We are really looking forward to working with Jill to continue the program's growth."

Jan Tobe begins her fourth season with the Wilmington College volleyball team in 2010. She served as the team's head coach during the 2007-2009 seasons.
Tobe came to Wilmington after spending 16 years as varsity volleyball coach at Jamestown Greeneview High School, where she led the Rams to three Ohio Heritage Conference championships, nine sectional finals, six district finals and a regional final in 1996.
Tobe and her husband Lewis live in Jamestown. They have nine children.
